Since the early 1980's I have limited my practice to Estate Litigation. By limiting my practice I can produce the best results for my clients. In the course of my practice a Team of attorneys was developed and are a critical part of our success since the mid 1990's. We have represented beneficiaries, executors and trustees enforcing their rights.

Through my experience I have developed an eye for identifying meritorious cases. Many of the cases were brought to other attorneys before me and they declined to undertake the case. Those attorneys either believed the case too difficult or without merit. I only undertake cases that I believe has benefit to the client. That is one reason I have such a high success rate.
