About Our Firm

We are experienced attorneys in estate and property law that can assist you to enforce your inheritance rights. An experienced attorney’s preliminary opinion is a crucial step in the process of making your decision to pursue a case. Likewise if the case is brought against you a preliminary opinion is equally important to you.

Our team of attorneys have brought to successful resolution estate litigation cases involving issues from related areas of law such as:

  • elder abuse
  • vulnerability of decedent to undue influence
  • determination of capacity of decedent
  • pension asset disputes
  • enforcement of Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO)
  • writings by decedent effecting the distribution of estates
  • disputes in estates involving marital pre-nuptial agreements
  • marital settlement agreements
  • forgery (and other genuineness of documents issues)

We will evaluate the merits of your case and give you our preliminary opinion. If your case is undertaken, we will develop the facts and research statute and appellate case law.

We have learned what it takes to analyze, research, build and present a compelling case. Through investigation of facts and with in depth research our team has tackled complex cases against large firms.  As a team we met and overcame the challenges presented, thereby achieving the client's goal.

Attorney Compensation

I can be retained to represent you through the trial and appellate court on a contingency services agreement or an hourly basis that is billed monthly.  The contingent agreement will spare you the burden of financing your legal representation.  All the risk is taken by our office including the risks associated with the legal system.

The contingent services agreement allows the client the benefits of quality legal representation without the burden of attorney fees billed monthly. The client's certainty of how the compensation will be paid is the strongest feature of this method for retaining an attorney. Your attorney will be paid only if a recovery is obtained for you.  Therefore the recovery is the sole source of attorney compensation.

There are pros and cons to either method of compensation for the client.
