I represent clients who have inheritance rights they must enforce in court.

I have practiced law for over 40 years.  My case concentration is inheritance disputes. The dispute can be the contest of trusts, wills or other circumstances where the law allows the recovery of assets.

Inheritance rights exist in wills, trusts, and writings by the decedent even though not a formal document.  Enforceable rights can be found in bank documents, deeds, and contracts

Through experience I have developed an eye for identifying meritorious cases.  Many of the cases were brought to other attorneys before me and they declined to undertake the case.  Those attorneys either believed the case too difficult or was without merit.  The cases which I undertook when that occurred produced excellent results for our clients.  Tenacity and experience are the keys to our success.

When we do undertake a case, we are relentless in our efforts.  We encourage our clients to actively participate in their case providing information to their attorneys that might only occur to them as a participant.   We conduct mini interviews of our clients through out our case handling process.  Clients can and will often provide valuable information. This happens more often when the client has the best understanding possible of their case.
